No refunds are issued once a service is completed or delivered. If you're dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 7 days of service completion, and we’ll work to address your concerns.

Cancellations:

To cancel a scheduled session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee.

Due to the downloadable nature of these items, we cannot offer refunds once access has been granted.
